NORTH BROOKFIELD TOWN HALL
Listed in a National Register of Historic Places, this Civil War era wood structure is immeasurably significant to the Town's history and community. Due to serious structural deterioration, the building was declared unsafe for occupancy and town offices were relocated off-site into temporary trailers. As emergency structural repairs were being addressed separately, a study was commissioned to identify other deficiencies. An evaluation of existing building conditions was conducted, a space program was developed, and three renovation schemes were proposed. The selected renovation plan included a small addition at the rear of the building.
